The prayer
Reklamim
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God's love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.
This is the classic form, known for generations. You can add words of your own, asking for protection for the day, for a trip or for a specific situation.
